NOTE: Board members will be participating in this meeting via conference call as per Iowa Code Section 21.8 which permits a governmental body to conduct a meeting by electronic means. The meeting minutes will state the reason for the meeting being held electronically is to facilitate social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic as mandated by Governor Reynolds’ Public Health Disaster Declaration. Members of the public may observe the meeting via conference call by following the instructions below.
