R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED, during a temporary full or partial closure of the North Tama County Community Schools due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Superintendent is hereby authorized to pay customary and regular compensation to employees that are temporarily out of work.

SPECIAL NOTE CONCERNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THIS MEETING
On March 17, 2020 Governor Kim Reynolds issued a State of Public Health Disaster Emergency Proclamation which, among other things, prohibits gatherings of more than 10 people at all locations and venues effective immediately through the end of this month. We will monitor attendance in the meeting room and will limit the room capacity to 10 individuals.
To maintain the integrity and spirit of Iowa open meeting laws while maintaining this limit of 10 people, and to allow members of the public to observe this open meeting while practicing social distancing, all will have the opportunity to observe the meeting by telephone. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate an unprecedented time in modern American history.
